Community Career Development, Inc. (CCD), the operating agency for the Wilshire-Metro and Compton WorkSource Centers, and Van de Kamp Innovation Center, is a non-profit organization established in May 1972. Located in the Mid-Wilshire District in the City of Los Angeles known as Koreatown, CCD provides a variety of services to local businesses and residents to promote local economic development.
Rated a Four Star Agency by the City of Los Angeles Workforce Investment Board, CCD is recognized as one of the highest-performaing job placement centers in the region.
As a recipient of the prestigious Eureka Award from the California Council for Performance Excellence, CCD maintains the highest standards of customer service, leadership and business ethics.
