Community Career Development, Inc. (CCD), the operating agency for the Wilshire-Metro and Compton WorkSource Centers, and Van de Kamp Innovation Center, is a non-profit organization established in May 1972. Located in the Mid-Wilshire District in the City of Los Angeles known as Koreatown, CCD provides a variety of services to local businesses and residents to promote local economic development.

Rated a Four Star Agency by the City of Los Angeles Workforce Investment Board, CCD is recognized as one of the highest-performaing job placement centers in the region.

As a recipient of the prestigious Eureka Award from the California Council for Performance Excellence, CCD maintains the highest standards of customer service, leadership and business ethics. CCD collaborates with local industry, educational institutes and community based entities, delivering innovative solutions through successful job training and placement initiatives.
